His focus is on meditation techniques that unite mind and body on a profound scientific basis.
He has over 30 years of meditation experience in various spiritual and secular traditions. His qualifications include a Master of Science University Degree in Mindfulness, Certified QiGong Instructor and others.
He likes to teach combinations of short and simple theoretical input combined with practical exercises. Norbert has a professional background as a manager in the IT industry and also teaches meditation techniques specifically designed for business and managers.

To fully benefit from this workshop, participants must have completed the PEH 1 and recommended PEH 2 and 3 courses. A consistent practice is also recommended.

What is the language of instruction?

What should I bring to the workshop?
We recommend bringing your laser crystals, comfortable clothing, a notebook and pen for taking notes, and an open and receptive attitude. All other necessary materials will be provided.
Can I teach the protocols after attending this workshop?
